Hair & Makeup Workshop

Workshop information: Want to learn how to look your best on stage? Want to be prepared to do your own hair and makeup when it's needed? Then we have the workshop for you! HTC's Hair and Makeup Workshop will be a two-hour course covering the basic options for stage hair and makeup that you can use for any stage performance!

Please bring your own hair and makeup supplies that you'd like to learn with!

Instructor: Christine Michelle Robitaille

Christine Michelle Robitaille is a singer, songwriter, and actor. She studied Music Theatre Performance at St. Clair College and Acting at Atlantic Technological University in Ireland. She has been in film, tv, and theatre since she was 8 years old. Some of the titles she starred in are Footloose as a cowgirl, The Wizard of Oz as Glinda, Into The Woods as Sleeping Beauty, Anything Goes as Hope Harcourt, Little Women as Jo March, and many more. She was a contestant on Local Live Canada season IV and V, as well as on The Next Star. She has done background work in films such as Molly's Game starring Jessica Chastain and Kevin Costner. She has worked with big name directors such as Lezlie Wade from the Stratford Festival. She works at Camp Walden in Upstate New York as a drama counselor. She is currently working on music for an upcoming feature film as well as soon publishing her own music. Soon she will get a degree in education and begin teaching at a highschool level. She loves hairstyling and has always been talented at braiding and styling hair. She has done hair styling for photoshoots, proms, and events such as a Pride Ball hosted in Sligo, Ireland in 2022. Christine is on the board of directors for Huntsville Theatre Company and is passionate about growing the love of theatre and performance within the community.
