About
Huntsville Theatre Company

One Stage. One Family

IN THE COMMUNITY

The Huntsville Theatre Company welcomes a sense of belonging for actors of all experiences, youth outreach programs, and active audience engagement. We envision a positive series of outreach to our community, beginning with our company, and expanding to include our audiences, and surrounding areas, providing quality and thought-provoking live theatre in Muskoka.

ON THE STAGE

The central expression of our theatre season changes each year. We bring professional presentations of main stage plays, signature productions, master classes/workshops, concerts, cabarets, and fun events for the community to come and meet us. The Huntsville Theatre Company is a not-for-profit theatre company that presents full staged seasons and events each year.

EDUCATION

The Theatre is My Passion children's program is a free after school program for children between the ages of 8 & 17. The program runs from February to June, finishing with a full production of a play.  Led by a dedicated team of volunteers, the children learn about everything that it takes to put on a production--from auditions to backstage etiquette!

We create original, innovative and relevant theatre experiences that stimulate and inspire young people to think critically about the world around them, and to engage in constructive and creative self-expression.

Our Team

As the board of directors for the Huntsville Theatre Company, we are committed to bringing positive theatrical experience for all ages. We are here to support the local talent in our community.
